We are looking for a
Shipper/Receiver
to assist in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing parts and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
Unload delivery trucks and ensure items are stored in designated locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers or other store locations.
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and participating in annual inventory audits.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, always following safety protocols and procedures.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Assist with occasional customer pickups or deliveries as needed.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Continuously improve parts and industry knowledge through research and training.
Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Must be physically able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
Forklift operating experience is required.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
Current Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TGD) and WHMIS certificates are an asset.
Current First Aid Training certificate is preferred.
Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
