Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to order and receive parts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the logistics and distribution process, ensuring that products are accurately shipped and received in a timely manner. The ideal candidate would be a team player willing to learn new processes.

Duties

Manage the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented. Label parts, stock shelves. Cashiering repair orders and retail orders. Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, packing, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized parts room and showroom. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels and report discrepancies as needed. Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that all products are handled with care to prevent damage Cleaning the facility as needed, including the showroom, parts room as needed Data entry

Experience

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
