Total Work's Truck and Equipment, a division of Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group, is now part of Metro Vancouver's established Volvo/Mack Truck dealer. Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group has experienced remarkable growth over the last few years, now including a brand-new Brandon facility, Total Works Truck & Equipment.

As a result, we are now accepting applications for a Shipper/Receiver/Driver to be part of our Brandon team, in a full-time permanent capacity.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate count and verify identification of parts received, placed in stores, and issued Process work accurately to avoid delays in schedules, resulting in lost time Receive, store, issue, and control inventory within the warehouse Verify identification of parts by reviewing related paperwork; visually check for damage or other obvious discrepancies Observe proper material handling procedures in performance of duties Operate forklift Replenish parts Pick and deliver part kits where required Provide back-up Parts Driver support as required Provide janitorial support to warehouse as required Commitment to promoting and supporting a safe workplace Parts delivery when needed

What we are looking for:

Completion of high school Ability to perform under highly repetitive and routine work situations on a sustained basis Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a similar warehouse environment Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company Class 5 Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract Previous experience in a warehouse setting would be considered an asset Must have the ability to work with little supervision and manage multiple objectives Self-motivated, team oriented individual who has the ability to perform successfully under pressure Must be able to work a variety of day, evening, and Saturday shifts
