has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for our next great team member to join our parts team as a Shipper/Receiver. In the role you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing parts shipments at our dealership as well as serving as a back-up to our Parts Driver in picking up and delivering parts to and from our customers, other dealerships and vendors. We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented individual who has the initiative and drive to learn and grow. For the right candidate, this is a stepping stone to a career as we will support you through the apprenticeship program and in obtaining your Journeyman Parts ticket!

Key Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect and verify parts orders and shipments to ensure accuracy Load and unload all parts deliveries ensuring they are put away correctly to maintain accurate inventory within the parts department Prepare customer orders and processing product returns Process paperwork and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking Inventory management and general support for the Parts Department Pick-up and deliver parts to and from our customers

Ideal Requirements:

Previous experience in shipping & receiving is considered an asset, but not necessary as we are willing to train! Strong customer service skills Sound mathematical aptitude and computer literacy Good organization, time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 80lbs MUST possess a valid driver's license
