The Opportunity

Maybe you are fresh out of post secondary school and need a first job experience, give us a try and you may be surprised!

Responsible for the picking and shipping of automotive mirror components and mirror assemblies to the bus and heavy truck industry. Supports the warehouse by stocking shelves, performing housekeeping activities within the work area, and operating a forklift in support of the movement of goods.

The Role

Prepares goods for shipment from our raw materials warehouse to our separate production facility as per customer and company specifications Ensures goods are shipped in accordance with organizational best practices Arrange carriers for timely delivery of goods to our production facility Completes a daily shipping log Ensures the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized fashion at all times Operates forklift/Raymond Reach and activities within the work area in a safe manner.

The Candidate

Education: High School; valid Forklift license/certification; valid driver's license and must be insurable Work Experience: 1-2 years; previous experience in similar role preferred but we also are willing to train the right person Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50lbs Knowledge: Competent in Microsoft Office and various courier shipping software (FedEx, Purolator, DHL) is an asset

Must be able to speak, read and write English
