Duties

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload trucks and move stock within the warehouse Maintain organized storage of inventory on pallets or shelves, utilizing proper stacking techniques for safety and efficiency Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation Ensure all packaging meets quality standards for shipping safety and customer satisfaction Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols

Skills

Proven experience with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and stocking procedures Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Strong basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and calculating weights or measurements Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes and order fulfillment workflows Knowledge of packaging techniques suitable for various product types to prevent damage during transit Good understanding of load & unload procedures for trucks and containers in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
