Shipper-Receiver - Full-Time Warehouse Associate - Ottawa, ON
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Shipper-Receiver to join our team at the Ottawa Facility. You will play a critical role in our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of inventory.
Summary/About the Role
We are hiring a Full-Time Shipper-Receiver/Warehouse Associate to manage the flow of goods within our brand new, modern facility in Ottawa, Ontario. This role is essential for maintaining efficient shipping and receiving processes, including product order picking and preparation for distribution. You will work in a team-based environment that prioritizes safety and accuracy.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent. Monday-Saturday (with one scheduled day off mid-week, plus Sunday). Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (after 30 days of continuous service) Additional Perks: Profit Sharing, RRSP Program, and Employee Purchase Program.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will DoPerform accurate order picking by manually selecting products and assembling them neatly onto pallets. Efficiently organize and stage prepared pallets for outbound loading at the dock area. Execute all shipping and receiving duties, including verifying counts and inspecting incoming and outgoing goods. Operate a forklift safely to move, stack, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the inventory and dock areas. Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards in the refrigerated environment (approximately $+4^{circ}text{C}$). Demonstrate exceptional Attention to Detail in checking products and completing documentation.

Skills, Qualifications , Experience:Proven previous warehouse experience in a shipping and receiving or general labor role. Current or previous experience operating a forklift (certification preferred). Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and moving up to 70 lbs. Ability to work effectively in a refrigerated environment (approx. +4 C). Reliable, dedicated team player with flexible availability (including overtime). Must be able to work the scheduled shift (7:00 am to approximately 4:00 pm).
