Summary of responsibilities

Keep secure records of inbound/outbound shipments Use system to ensure inventory is properly maintained, sales orders, purchases orders etc. Pack materials for customer orders Unpack materials for inventory replenishment Maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments Schedule inbound/outbound shipments Maintain safe use of company vehicles; forklifts, 4x4, loader etc. Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (i.e.: bills of lading, invoices, etc.) Report any damaged stock or equipment to supervisor Ensure all safety measures are followed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Others tasks as required by management

Skills

High school diploma Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position Knowledge of ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to details Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Ability to lift loads up to 70 lbs on a regular basis Schedule & Salary
