Overview:
We make Candy!!! How sweet is that?
We are currently recruiting for experienced Shipper/Receiver to join our Confectionary Manufacturing Operation. This is a high paced manufacturing facility.
Shift: Afternoons
Pay Rate: $27.99 plus shift premium
Key Ingredients:
Follow the receiving procedure by completing daily inbound receiving of ingredient/packaging and put them away in designated locations.
Coordinate with carriers and Dare logistics team/ Customer Service team for shipping finished goods to the designated locations
Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents (i.e.: BOL, invoices, etc.)
Manage receiving, shipping and stock transfer transactions in SAP
Prepare routine reports and file shipping/receiving records
Work with production accurately pulling, staging and checking materials.
Perform daily counts on certain materials and assist in year-end inventory
Manage warehouse space and rack usage based on daily materials/finished goods in-out flow.
Assist in resolving daily shipping discrepancies and other issues.
Report any damaged stock or equipment to supervisors
Recipe for Success:
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience and 3 years of forklift driving experience
Good understanding of warehouse shipping and receiving procedures.
Good at the following skills:
+ - computer skills , such as data entry, excel, ERP system etc.
- quick learning and attention to details skills;
- communication and decision making skills;
+ - multi - tasking and prioritizing skills;
Ability to lift and/ or move up to 35 pounds.
