Shipper & Receiver

to join our team in Lloydminster. This individual will play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate outbound shipments by preparing shipping documentation, selecting carriers, and arranging pickups and deliveries. Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, ensuring quality and accuracy of products. Maintain and organize inventory levels; perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. Support parts management activities and assist with dispatch coordination to ensure timely deliveries. Assist with import/export documentation and customs requirements as needed. Perform physical tasks, including loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues or discrepancies. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for shipping and receiving processes. Support additional duties as required by management

Qualifications

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a relevant field considered an asset. Experience in parts handling, inventory control, or logistics required. SAP experience is considered a strong asset. Previous administrative experience is an asset. Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. * Ability to lift and move materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
