Shipper - Meat Packing Facility

Location: Toronto, ON

Schedule: Full-Time - Early Morning Shift (Starting at 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Shipper to join our shipping and logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately loading and organizing outbound trucks with fresh and frozen meat products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Verify orders against shipping documentation

R.F. scan all incoming and outgoing product

Operate power pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area

Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping schedules

Jockey strait trucks in and out of the doors

Qualifications

Previous shipping, warehouse, or meat industry experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable starting at 3:00 AM daily

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Forklift certification is an asset (training available)
