Position:

Shipper & Truck Driver

Requirements

:

Clean drivers abstract with valid drivers license

Physically demanding - loading & unloading millwork to job sites (up to 100 lbs.)

Class 5 driver's license to drive up to 5-ton truck

Forklift operation

Professionalism & customer service

Good problem-solving abilities to organize, plan & stage deliveries

Organizational ability for checklists, paperwork & communication with supervisor

Positive attitude

Responsibilities

:

Logbook & documentation requirements

Local & out of province travel with occasional overnight requirements

Oversee vehicle inspection & maintenance - pre/post and enroute

Packaging goods for transport

Load & unload trucks in a safe secure manner with forklift or manually

Wage Range

:

$22-24/ hour based on experience

Hours

:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm occasional weekends and evenings
