Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and ensuring proper documentation
- Unload and load trucks using equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (AS400, MRP) to track inventory and process orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes, including order picking, packaging, and shipping/receiving
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution systems (AS400, MRP) is a plus
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or reach trucks safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
