R\xc3\xa9sum\xc3\xa9:
Relevant du Directeur logistique, le Superviseur de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9dition a pour mandat principal de superviser toutes les activit\xc3\xa9s reli\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9ception, l\xe2\x80\x99entreposage et la distribution des mati\xc3\xa8res premi\xc3\xa8res dans l\xe2\x80\x99usine. Il travaille en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les Superviseurs de production ainsi que le Coordonnateur du transport afin d\xe2\x80\x99assurer la continuit\xc3\xa9 du flux logistique et l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude des transactions


Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

• Superviser le travail des caristes responsables : de la r\xc3\xa9ception et du stockage des mati\xc3\xa8res premi\xc3\xa8res, de l\xe2\x80\x99approvisionnement du plancher de production et du chargement des produits finis dans les remorques;
• Coordonner et superviser le travail du camionneur-cariste pour le d\xc3\xa9placement des remorques entre les quais de chargement;
• Assurer l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation optimale des espaces d\xe2\x80\x99entreposages, l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9 des produits et la propret\xc3\xa9 des lieux selon les normes en vigueur;
• Effectuer hebdomadairement les d\xc3\xa9comptes cycliques d\xe2\x80\x99inventaire, analyser les \xc3\xa9carts et prendre les mesures correctives appropri\xc3\xa9es;
• Supporter les op\xc3\xa9rations de transport lorsque n\xc3\xa9cessaire

• Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9laboration de proc\xc3\xa9dures et/ou m\xc3\xa9thodes de travail et former les employ\xc3\xa9s sur les proc\xc3\xa9dures et les m\xc3\xa9thodes de travail;
• Supervise l\xe2\x80\x99inspection des chargements re\xc3\xa7us en conformit\xc3\xa9 avec les normes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 alimentaire
• Applique la cha\xc3\xaene d\xe2\x80\x99aide, au besoin;
• Porter les EPI et respecter et faire respecter les consignes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 (cadenassage, utilisation air comprim\xc3\xa9, lunettes, bouchons etc.);

Qualifications:

• DEC en Gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations et de la production (GOP) ou formation acad\xc3\xa9mique pertinente ou DES avec exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente compl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9
• Disponible \xc3\xa0 temps plein
• Connaissance de la suite office (Word, Excel);
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec un syst\xc3\xa8me SAP ERP ou WMS.
• L\xc3\xa9galement autoris\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler au Canada

Summary:
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Supervisor\xe2\x80\x99s main responsibility consists of supervising all activities related to the reception, storage and distribution of raw materials in the plant. He/she works in close collaboration with the Production Supervisors as well as the Transportation Coordinator to ensure continuity in the logistic flow and accuracy of transactions related to pallets movements.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work of the forklift operators responsible for reception and storage of raw materials, supply for the production floor and loading of finished products in the trailers
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the truck driver/forklift operator for moving the trailers between the leading docks
• Ensure optimal use of warehouse space, integrity of raw materials and site cleanliness according to standards in place
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts, analyze gaps and take the appropriate corrective measures

• Participate in the development of procedures and/or work methods, and train employees on the procedures and work methods
• Supervise the inspection of loads received in accordance with food safety standards
• Apply the help chain, when needed
• Wear the PPE and make sure that safety instructions are followed (lockout, use of compressed air, eyewear, earplugs, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Diploma of college studies in Operations and Production Management or relevant academic training or high school/secondary school diploma with relevant experience
• Available full-time
• Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Experience with an SAP ERP or WMS system
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
