Meg Sim Roofing Inc. is a Certified Plus contractor with GAF

We are seeking experienced roofers/shinglers with a minimum of

3 years of full-time, hands-on experience in shingling

. This experience should exclude any time spent as a laborer. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the installation of both asphalt shingles and other roofing systems, with an attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Install GAF shingles in strict accordance with their specifications Install metal roofing and diamond steel roofing as needed Utilize hand tools & power tools in order to preform basic carpentry based tasks Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work site Perform inspections and minor repairs as required Collaborate with team members to complete roofing projects efficiently

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of full-time shingling experience (excluding time as a laborer) Experience with GAF shingles, metal roofing, and diamond steel roofing is a plus Experience using a brake - bending custom flashings with aluminum is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Certification as a GAF contractor or familiarity with GAF products is a plus
