Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Genius to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will assist customers in resolving their technical issues, educating them about our wash packages, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our wash. Your expertise and enthusiasm for wash products will help foster a loyal customer base and enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service Interact with customers to ensure they purchase the right product for them Perform all job tasks in compliance with all Mint procedures, policies, and guidelines Identify and troubleshoot issues occurring with mechanical and operating systems Ability to accurately record and fill out all Mint required checklists and membership processing paperwork Ability to work with heavy loads Demonstrated ability to work safely and continuing involvement with safety meetings and policies, including all required forms and paperwork Compliance with all Mint policies and procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Have moderate computer skills Represent Mint in the community in a positive manner

Qualifications

Strong passion for technology with a deep understanding of various devices, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments is essential.
