Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Shift/Site Supervisor to lead field operations and crews on Industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-driven, and skilled in managing people, schedules, and equipment in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on job sites Lead and mentor crew members to ensure efficiency and safety Set up, operate, and maintain Hydrodemolition and high-pressure water equipment Communicate effectively with project managers and clients about progress and issues Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed Complete daily job reports, time sheets, and safety documentation Troubleshoot site or equipment issues and make quick, safe decisions

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Industrial, Construction, or Hydrodemolition work Previous supervisory or lead hand experience Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of pumps, pressure systems, and heavy equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Western Canada Safety tickets (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS, Confined Space, H2S, Fall Protection) are an asset
