Job Description

We are hiring shift supervisors for our A&W located on 4th avenue & Alma street in Vancouver

We are looking for;

- At least 1 year experience in a supervisory position preferably in a fast food restaurant.

- Enthusiastic, team player with strong communication and problem solving skills.

Capable of working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Reliable, hard working, able to follow directions and finish tasks as per A&W standards and policies. Positive, approachable, committed, able to handle pressure. Flexible, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Role model, able to consistently exceed customer expectations. Positive, vibrant and professional outlook. Effectively delegate, follow up and provide positive and corrective feedback. Prepare and present unbiased performance appraisals.
