Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
