Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Skills

Proven experience in store management or retail management is essential in the Food industry Or barist. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Excellent retail skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in math for cash handling and inventory management tasks. Ability to recruit and train new staff members effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations. Cover the Sick call of other staff. On call needs to come. Time Management
