Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee food preparation and handling processes to comply with food safety regulations.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work environment at all times.
Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements.
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or food service environment is preferred.
Proven track record of team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Experience in food preparation techniques is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
