• Hold a college diploma in pulp and paper technology or in a related field or the equivalent.
• Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in pulp and paper.
• Must be able to work on 12 hour rotating shifts.
• Be proficient in the main software programs for his activity sector.
• Display outstanding drive and an exceptional ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

• Ensure the production of quality paper and prepare daily production reports.
• Help to improve the Department\'s health and safety performance by being vigilant about potential hazards and playing a strong leadership role.
• Manage all personnel under his responsibility by adopting a proactive attitude.
• Provide technical support to his team and encourage team members to enhance their initiative and to promote continuous improvement principles in order to identify strategies to boost productivity and improve the quality of work.
• Continually seek new ideas and assist in the resolution of problems while taking into account budgetary restrictions and various standards.
• Work closely with various internal and external clients.
