Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.
Oversee daily cafe & restaurant operations, including food prep and service.
Act as a skilled
barista
making espresso, fine coffee, and matcha drinks.
Serve and manage
wines, cocktails, and specialty recipes
with accuracy.
Handle cash, inventory, and shift-level financials.
Train and mentor staff in service, food safety, and beverage prep.
Solve customer issues and minor maintenance problems quickly.
Experience
Background in food service management (cafe, quick service, or dining).
Hands-on barista skills; eager to learn more about wine & cocktails.
Strong leadership with proven team supervision experience.
Solid knowledge of food safety and hospitality best practices.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving under pressure.
