What you'll do:

Monitor daily plant checklists, generate action items as required, and follow-up with key stakeholders as necessary. Plan and manage work schedules ensuring adequate coverage during employee vacations, absences, and training. Lead incident investigations by gathering and documenting evidence, determining root cause, and developing solutions. Develop, manage and execute logistic and production schedules. Edit and update workplace instructions in coordination with quality and EHS. Ensure equipment is maintained and manage documentation surrounding that process.

What you'll need:

Completion of two (2) years post-secondary education. Chemical process industry experiences an asset. Strong computer and mathematical skills. Must have the ability to read and understand technical materials. Forklift operation experiences an asset. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
