We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality and food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure that our team delivers outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service. Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Train, interview, and onboard new staff members as needed. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Experience with cash handling processes and financial reporting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with cooking techniques is a plus; experience as a cook is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
