Summary

As a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza Ingersoll, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our team delivers outstanding service. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service. Manage staff during shifts, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service. Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour
