Lead and support the evening team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain high standards of guest service
Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
Manage rush periods efficiently
Handle cash, inventory, and daily store tasks
Ensure proper closing procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience at Tim Hortons or in a similar fast-paced environment
Must live nearby and have reliable transportation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work full-time evenings (3 PM - 11 PM)
Must be dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
