Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, team management, and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Duties - Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts - Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure efficient service delivery - Coordinate kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards - Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Experience - Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is required - Proficiency in kitchen operations, food handling, and cash handling - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Experience working in a hotel setting is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$22.32 per hour
