Location: 103-917 Cliveden Avenue, Delta BC


Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and Motivate production teams to meet efficiency and quality goals. Oversee plant operation, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Conduct trainings and manage shift schedules. Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment. Prepare and submit accurate production reports.

Qualifications:

5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with plant machinery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills. Commitment to workplace safety. Ability to drive a forklift. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Excellent attention to detail and quality. High School Diploma or Equivalent degree or certificate is a plus.
