Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to assist in daily operations in our fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask to ensure a high level of service and operational efficiency. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Work with and alongside team members in their roles, fostering a positive work environment. Assist with working and ordering stock, ensuring proper rotation, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.

Skills

Ability to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage transactions efficiently. Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide team members effectively. Ability to handle cash accurately with attention to detail in financial transactions. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers alike. A passion for hospitality that drives exceptional service delivery.
