Your Role as Supervisor

You will be the key operational support for the management team, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the Floor:

Directing and supporting front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders, hosts) during busy shifts.

Guest Satisfaction:

Handling guest concerns and ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable Irish pub experience.

Cash Handling & Closing:

Managing cash registers, ensuring accurate till reconciliation, and performing opening/closing duties.

Training & Coaching:

Assisting with the training of new team members and providing on-the-spot coaching to maintain high service standards.

Operational Excellence:

Monitoring inventory, ensuring the bar and dining areas are clean and organized, and upholding all safety and liquor regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience:

Previous supervisory or key-holding experience in a high-volume restaurant, pub, or bar environment is required.

Leadership:

Strong ability to motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Flexibility:

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certifications:

Valid ProServe certification is a must.
