Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance
Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting performance evaluations
Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Support kitchen management tasks including food production, food handling, and ensuring efficient food service operations
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health codes and safety procedures
Qualifications
Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
Background in hospitality management or restaurant management highly desirable
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude
Prior experience in culinary roles or food industry positions is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
