Shift Leader position at Domino's is based in Canada, where you will play a vital role in leading our team to deliver exceptional service and quality. Responsibilities

Supervise daily store operations ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence. Manage food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards. Oversee cash handling and POS transactions accurately. Train new staff and conduct performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Support inventory management by coordinating stock levels and supply orders. Foster a positive team environment aligned with Domino's core values.

Qualifications

Proven supervising or leadership experience in food service or restaurant management. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. Excellent communication and team management skills. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems. Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer interaction. Food industry or hospitality experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate teams. Flexibility to work during peak hours as needed.
