Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Domino's in Canada. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations during shifts, contributing directly to our mission of exceptional customer service and team development.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations during shifts to ensure efficiency and quality service. Train and mentor team members on food preparation and customer service standards. Manage inventory and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in scheduling staff to meet operational needs. Monitor performance metrics to drive improvements. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced environment.
Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Previous experience in restaurant management is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others.
