We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Domino's in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service during your shift. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality pizza and outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations during shifts to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper food preparation practices. Train new staff on company policies and procedures. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate others. Previous restaurant management experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
