As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in managing daily operations and leading our team to success.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations during shifts to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance. Maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes. Implement company policies and procedures effectively. Handle cash management and POS transactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking.
Strong supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience in restaurant management is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
