Title: Shift Nurse RPN/RN




Location(s): Guelph




Shift Time : Fixed Shift-

Tuesdays and Thursdays 11pm-7am

We are looking for a

Shift Nurse (RN or RPN)

who is comfortable providing care to our clients. Our next

Shift Nurse

If your passion is rooted in all things client focused and you have a strong urge to provide care to a variety of patients in the community and have extensive wound care experience, then this would be the opportunity for you!




This is a position available based out of Guelph for a private client.






What you will be doing:




Provide compassionate care tailored to client needs, with expertise in managing

Tracheostomy

,

G-tube management

, and

monitoring vital signs

. Experience working with

pediatric clients

is required. Administer medications and assist with

personal care

routines. Communicate and coordinate effectively with

parents

and other

caregivers.

Maintain a strong commitment to

community-based care

. Prepare and maintain

client reports and updates

. Build meaningful relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and trust. Demonstrate initiative and independence, thriving with

minimal supervision

. Collaborate effectively within a team while being

reliable and self-directed

. Approach challenges with a

problem-solving mindset

, ensuring the highest level of

customer service

. Prioritize

safety

for both yourself and your clients, adhering to best practices and protocols.

You are a

highly energetic and enthusiastic

individual who thrives in a

dynamic, fast-paced environment

. Exceptionally

organized

, with strong time management skills and the ability to effectively manage your schedule. Excellent

communication skills

, both

written and verbal

, allowing you to connect clearly and confidently. Proven ability to

build strong relationships

with both internal and external stakeholders. Minimum of

two years' experience

in a

community care

or

clinical/hospital setting

is preferred. Currently certified as a

Registered Nurse (RN)

or

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)

with the

College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

. Certified in

Standard First Aid & CPR/AED (Level C)

. Able to provide a

current Mask Fit test

certification.
