Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Hire food service staff Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Prepare and submit reports Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Supervise staff or team Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Provide customer service Leading/instructing individuals Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Plan and organize daily operations Motivate staff
