Job Description
The Modern Dog, the industry leader in the dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized business-minded individual to lead our sales effort. This is a role for someone with a proven ability to create and manage multiple lead generation efforts and close a sale!
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience in sales
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Excellent selling and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY IS TO GROW THE NUMBER OF DOGS IN OUR DAYCARE!
After training with us, you will be able to:
Fully understand the daycare and boarding model
Fully understand and be able to effectively explain the benefits of our services
Sell passes and memberships to new pet parents
Convert generated leads to a Meet and Greets
Convert Meet and Greets to Pass or Enrolment sales
Conduct the 11 Stop Tour to prospective pet parents during Meet and Greets
Manage communication
with prospective leads
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status report
