Farmhouse Brewing Co. is looking to hire an enthusiastic, professional, craft-beer-loving Shift Lead to our team! MUST BE 19 years or older to apply

Farmhouse Brewing Co. is a farm-based brewery located in Greendale (Chilliwack) BC. Our focus is to create and serve amazing craft beer and utilize locally grown products in our food and beverage programs. We strive to create a welcoming community space for both employees and guests amongst the farmland of Greendale.

WHO YOU ARE:

Social, friendly, self-motivated, professional with amazing people skills Organized and capable of multitasking, with high attention to detail Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time
Shift lead/assistant manager experience a must, in the Craft Beer industry is an asset

EXPECTED DUTIES:

Work closely with Tasting Room Manager & GM Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees Direct the Front of House servers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the tasting room which includes helping train new servers and give general supervision all while contributing your part Willing to do Closing shifts and Opening shifts Be compliant with all WorkSafeBC, Fraser Health and Farmhouse Brewing Co. rules and regulations. Contributing to a healthy team culture by always maintaining a positive attitude, professionalism and supporting our company vision Be willing and available to work weekends, holidays. Shift Leads need to have availability for Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays and have scheduling flexibility Have a love for the brewing industry with knowledge of great craft beer is an asset! Be a positive leader with stellar hospitality skills Lead servers and manage guests, Take orders, Pour beer, Serve food, Host, Clear tables when needed, Opening duties, Closing duties, Cleaning duties

Pay: $19.85 per hour
