```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Assist with training new employees and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role, in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge & passion of bartending/wine/spirits/cocktails POS systems, food service, cash handling, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
