Job Description

Purpose:

The Key Holder plays a crucial role in supporting the store management team by helping to develop staff and contributing to strong individual sales performance.

Role Overview:

The Key Holder is responsible for overseeing store operations whenever the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. This role supports daily supervision of the sales team and performs managerial tasks such as opening and closing the store, handling deposits, executing visual setups, driving sales, and engaging with customers to promote products.

Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. Maintain daily store standards to ensure a clean, organized, and business-ready environment. Replenish merchandise and set the sales floor according to visual guidelines. Complete markdowns and follow visual/product directives. Process customer transactions accurately. Receive shipments and ensure product placement follows company instructions. Assist in training and guiding new team members.

Required Skills & Abilities:

1-2 years of retail sales experience, with knowledge of the fashion industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
This is a part-time position requiring full-time availability.
