What You'll Do
Deliver a World-Class Guest Experience: Welcome guests, guide them through their VR journey, and ensure every moment is exceptional. Step in to handle guest escalations and provide guidance on retail offerings when needed.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Master our proprietary VR technology as the go-to technical expert during your shift. Ensure all play areas and equipment are calibrated and assist guests with gear fitting while resolving minor technical issues.
Maintain a Premium Environment: Keep the store, experience rooms, and equipment clean and organized to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Shift Management: Act as an opener or closer, leading daily checklists, audits, and managing labor spend based on bookings and walk-ins. Proactively maximize walk-in potential during downtime.
Shift Leadership: Conduct pre-shift check-ins, outline goals, and provide in-the-moment coaching to maintain performance and morale.
Training: Help onboard and train new Guest Experience Guides and Leads, ensuring they complete e-learning courses and understand the full guest journey.
No Prior Experience Required: We provide full trainingfor all employees--just bring your enthusiasm and leadership mindset!
What We're Looking For
Leadership Experience: 1+ year in retail or hospitality operations management (preferred).
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment
Team Player: Positive attitude, no egos, and a love for collaboration.
Adaptable Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
Skilled in negotiation, marketing, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities
Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs., and occasional stair climbing.
Tech-Friendly: Basic computer/tablet skills and willingness to learn VR technology.
Availability: Must be 18+ and available on weekends and evenings.
