In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in team management, merchandising, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, pricing, and merchandising strategies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process for new team members. Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to safety standards. Utilize POS systems for transactions and monitor sales performance metrics.

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Proven experience in cafe setting with a focus on sales management and team leadership. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Ability to train and develop staff while providing constructive feedback for improvement. Pay: $17.90-$18.50 per hour
