Store Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

The Shift Leader's primary responsibility is to ensure a great experience is delivered to every guest. The Shift Leader must lead their shift team by example and provide outstanding service to all guests.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set a clear example for all employees to follow. Ensure the location is operated in strict accordance with the PE Policies and Procedures. Ensure the facilities are clean and well maintained at all times. Ensure compliance to all Health & Safety requirements as directed by Head Office and/or local authorities. Identify and remedy any Health & Safety issues as required. Ensure all Incident Reports are completed for any accidents incurred on site. Manage the on-site booking of Party and Group Events. Manage the Arcade Games including the repair of minor maintenance items. Lead your staff team to meet the budgeted sales targets for the onsite promotions. Other duties as may be assigned

WORKING HOURS

The Shift Leader must be available to work 2-3 shifts per week, primarily weekend shifts and also during school and statutory holidays. On occasion, the Shift Leader may also be required to work a weekday opening/closing shift.

Pay: $18.85 per hour
