We're seeking a Shift Leader to join us at High Rollers! Pins, Pints & Pizza - these are all good things, so we put em together in a big ole beer hall. Six ten-pin bowling lanes, melt-in-your-mouth New York-style pizza, and 50 craft beers on tap. High Rollers is the perfect spot for large parties & events. Shift leaders ensure a smooth running of restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM. This includes, but is not limited to liaising with FOH & BOH teams, handling customer concerns & complaints, and setting up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH team members.
