We're looking for experienced and motivated Shift Leaders to join our growing team in Nisku, Alberta.

The Role

As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing production operations on your shift. You will ensure quality standards are met, the team works efficiently and safely, and production goals are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise production teams to meet quality, safety, and output targets.

Monitor and adjust extrusion line operations, ensuring compliance with ASTM, AWWA, NSF, API, and CSA standards.

Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, OD tapes, calipers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.

Train, mentor, and develop team members on best practices and safety procedures.

Coordinate with maintenance to address equipment issues promptly.

Promote a safe and organized work environment.

What You Bring

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing (HDPE experience is an asset).

Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
