Job Description
As a shift leader, you will be working with our team of managers to provide our guests with the best customer experience that we can offer while maintaining our brand standards and policies.All applicants must currently live in the Halifax/Dartmouth area.Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Greeting and engaging the guest
- Building pizzas and providing excellent customer service
- Portion control
- Maintaining fridge par levels
- Ringing guests in with POS system
- Cooking and cutting pizzas
- Various small prep and cleaning duties
- Delegating daily tasks to counter attendants
- Responsible for turning staff breaks
- Supervising and motivating staff
- Assisting in new staff training
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- Point of contact for the store manager
Part-time hours: 35 - 40 per weekSalary: From $14.35 per hourBenefits:
