We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sheeter/Cladder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery used in the sheeting and cladding processes. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. The Sheeter/Cladder will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are fabricated to meet quality standards and production timelines.
Duties
Operate sheeting and cladding machinery safely and efficiently.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow and meet production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise during production.
Experience
Proficiency in operating forklifts is highly desirable.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operations and maintenance.
Ability to work well within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
