We're seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join us in a dual-capacity role that supports both warehouse/shop operations and roofing sheet metal fabrication. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

Safely load and unload deliveries Receive, organize, and store inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for roofing and metal projects Deliver and pick up materials from suppliers and job sites Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and yard Operate forklifts and basic hand/power tools Assist team members with general warehouse and shop tasks

Sheet Metal Fabrication:

Fabricate roofing components (edge metals, flashing, accessories) Operate brakes, shears, rollers, and presses Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal to precise specifications Deliver fabricated items to job sites when required Occasionally assist with on-roof installation tasks

Skills & Qualifications

Valid forklift license (propane counterbalance preferred) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 2+ years of experience in roofing-related sheet metal fabrication Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail, math skills, and safety awareness Physically fit to lift heavy materials and work on your feet OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred

Propane-powered counterbalance forklift
